1. Delivery

Mek Shop ships worldwide.
Orders are printed on demand once payment has been made, therefore shipping times may vary.
Shipping within Australia is via courier with authority to sign. Orders outside of Australia will be sent via Australia Post with the cost depending on location. International orders may be subject to import duties and tax, with additional charges at the customer’s expense. Vertigo has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional costs.
All orders require signature on delivery. We will send you a tracking update once your order has been shipped.
2. Packaging
All packaging is eco-friendly and where possible uses completely recyclable materials. Please consider the environment when disposing of your packaging.

Payment is listed in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
5. Returns
Items may be returned only if they are damaged and you notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving your order. As our products are printed on demand, we do not issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Items must then be returned within 10 business days, unused and in original packaging. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund payment within 10 business days minus the cost of initial shipping.

The customer is responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance in place. Vertigo is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned item.
